MSF/ PURC PROGRAMMING LIMITATIONS

1. We do not buy, sell, repair or program any trunked radios.
   
2. Return shipping cost is extra.
   
3. We can program the EPROM Memory Modules in the "CLB" (Analog) along with the newer "CXB" (Digital) MSF and PURC stations.  Click here for a programming worksheet for the "CLB" MSF.  
   
4. In order to properly program your MSF or PURC station, we must have the complete model number, a list of the option codes and a list of the current frequencies programmed in the radio.  If any piece of this information is missing, it will be extremely difficult to produce a code plug that will work properly in your radio. 
   
5. You must verify the proper operation of your radio prior to sending the memory eprom to us for reprogramming. If it doesn't work before programming, it is not likely to work after programming.
   
6. It is understood that you have the technical skills, service manuals, proper test equipment and the tuning and alignment tools necessary to remove and install your memory module and to tune and realign your radio for proper operation. If you do not feel comfortable with doing this, we will tune and align your radio for an additional $150.00.     
7. In order to program any transmit frequencies, we require a letter of authorization from the agency holding the FCC license for the frequencies.
8. We cannot loan service manuals or provide tuning instructions or technical support over the telephone or via e-mail. 
   
9. We are not responsible for ANY memory module or radio that you supply to us that will not accept a program.
   
10. Please package your memory module properly to prevent damage during shipment. Do not ship an unprotected memory module in a flat envelope. (We guarantee that it will be damaged, no matter what carrier you send it by.)
    
11. A 90 day parts and labor warranty is provided on all memory modules that we supply.
    
12. Any MSF or PURC with "SP" options will be considered on an individual basis.
