This document describes the programming equipment needed to program a MSF5000 “CLB” or “analog” base or repeater station.  Most of the information is also applicable to the PURC5000 “JLB” series paging station.  The programming equipment you will need consist of the following:  

• A complete and functional R1800 series Digital Analyzer / Controller (DA/C) "suitcase programmer"  which includes:
         R1800 series Digital Analyzer / Controller (DA/C) (must have the 4K memory option) 
         Reader / Programmer module with interconnecting cables
• RTL-4826 Program Application Kit
• RTL-5817 codeplug adapter module
• RTK-4061 Serial Port Cable (optional)
• RTK-4041 Printer Inter­face Cable (optional)
• RPX-4040 EPROM eraser (optional)
• Spare Eproms
